1. Information We Collect

Client Information

We collect your name, mobile number, email address, business name, and billing information at the time of account registration or usage. Verification is mandatory for all users.

  • For non-masking users: National ID (NID)
  • For masking users:
    • National ID (NID)
    • Business letterhead (signed and sealed)
    • Valid trade license (if available)

System Usage Data

We log user activities automatically to ensure account security and service performance. This includes:

  • Login times, IP address, browser/device info
  • API request history
  • SMS sending logs
  • Delivery status data (DLR)

SMS Data

We temporarily store message content for routing and processing. We also record sender ID, recipient numbers, delivery time, and number of SMS segments.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver masking and non-masking SMS via the web dashboard and API
  • To register sender IDs and approve them as per BTRC rules
  • To generate invoices, process payments, and show real-time delivery reports
  • To detect and prevent platform abuse
  • To comply with laws and telecom regulations

We do not use your data for marketing, reselling, or analytics outside of your service use.

3. Data Security

  • SSL encryption across the dashboard and API
  • API key authentication tied to your account
  • Internal access control (role-based)
  • Activity monitoring and anomaly alerts

Your contact lists or message contents are not accessed or shared beyond delivery.

4. Data Ownership & Confidentiality

All content you upload or generate — including recipient numbers, message templates, SMS logs, and approved sender names — remains your property.

Non-masking numbers are processed in real-time and not stored long-term.

We never share, sell, or misuse your data. Strict confidentiality is maintained, even after account closure.

5. Compliance with BTRC Regulations

  • All promotional SMS must be in Bangla
  • English allowed only for:
    • OTP codes
    • Mobile numbers
    • Numeric values
    • URLs or website links
  • Each SMS must start with the approved sender ID

Character Count and Billing

  • Bangla SMS: 70 characters = 1 SMS
  • English SMS: 160 characters = 1 SMS
  • Mixed or Unicode: May consume more SMS segments

Non-Compliance and Account Suspension

Sending English promotional SMS without BTRC approval or violating format rules may result in message failure and account suspension.

  • Language violations
  • Invalid sender ID structure
  • Filtering by BTRC or telecom operators

Review SMS templates before submitting campaigns.

6. Delivery Limitations & Operator Policies

  • Phone switched off
  • Out-of-network coverage
  • SIM/handset issue
  • Temporary network outage

SMS is charged once submitted to the operator. No refunds for:

  • Failed delivery due to unavailability
  • DND list blocking
  • Operator-side issues

7. Third-Party Tools and Services

We use third-party services for:

  • Payment (bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer)
  • Telecom gateways
  • Server infrastructure

Only required data is shared under strict security agreements.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to:

  • Keep you logged in
  • Store filter/report preferences
  • Track general performance

Cookies do not collect sensitive data. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

9. Your Rights

As a user, you can:
